Knight Frank To Market $1.5B Chicago Tower

Knight Frank and its partner Newmark Knight Frank have been hired to find a buyer for the Willis Tower in Chicago.

Knight Frank and its partner Newmark Knight Frank have been hired to find a buyer for the Willis Tower in Chicago, Property Week reports. The office building is marketed at a price of $1.5 billion.

The property is currently leased to companies, including the Willis Group, Chubb Group and United Airlines. American Landmark Properties, Joseph Moinan and Joseph Chetrit, which bought the property in 2004 for around $900 million, are the sellers.
