Citigroup To Hire Indonesia Head

Citigroup will appoint Tigor Siahaan as the country head for Indonesia.

Citigroup will appoint Tigor Siahaan as the country head for Indonesia, The Wall Street Journal reports. He will replace outgoing head Shariq Mukhtar, who is going to assume a regional consumer banking role in Singapore.

The country’s central bank Bank Indonesia is yet to approve the hiring. Siahaan is an investment banker, who played a role in Indonesian state carrier Garuda’s initial public offering and state oil company’s Pertamina recent bond issues, adds Reuters.
