Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BofA) has hired James Fleming as co-head of Asia equity capital markets, The Wall Street Journal reports. Based in Hong Kong, Fleming will work along with Jason Cox.
The duo will work under head of global equity and equity-linked capital markets, Dan Cummings, and co-heads of corporate and investment banking Asia Pacific, Jayanti Bajpai and Jiro Seguchi. Fleming previously served at UBS as head of Americas equity syndicate.
