CA Immo, Union Sell Czech Malls For €96M

Austria’s Ca Immo and Germany’s Union Investment have completed the sale of two shopping centers in the Czech Republic.

Austria’s Ca Immo and Germany’s Union Investment have completed the sale of two shopping centers in the Czech Republic, PropertyEU reports. The sellers obtained a total of €96 million from the transaction.

An unnamed Czech investor is the buyer of the Olympia shopping mall in Teplice and the Mladá Boleslav scheme in the Central Bohemian. The malls are fully let and the anchor tenant in both properties is international supermarket chain, Ahold.
