Serco Group is acquiring Intelenet, a business process outsourcing firm, for up to £385 million, The Wall Street Journal reports. The total buying cost includes contingent payments of up to £50 million and the deal will be fully funded from the U.K. company’s debt facilities. The acquisition will provide Serco with access to markets, broaden customer and geographic reach and increase its capabilities, adds Automated Traders. The acquisition is subject to regulatory approval.
