AREA Property Partners and DW Management have acquired a portfolio of industrial warehouses for $170 million, Business Journal reports. The properties, located in areas, including in Georgia, South Carolina, Florida and Texas, were previously owned by Pattillo Investment Partners. Cushman & Wakefield Sonnenblick Goldman’s Atlanta office arranged a $100 million loan for the acquisition of the industrial buildings. The loan is secured by 10 buildings within the portfolio, which is 87% occupied, with average remaining lease terms of about five years.
