Union Sells Seoul Building For €65M

Union Investment Real Estate has sold the SMT Building in Seoul, South Korea to TRUS Y7 REIT.

Union Investment Real Estate has sold the SMT Building in Seoul, South Korea to TRUS Y7 REIT. The international investment management firm obtained a total of €64.6 million from the sale. The sale price is 70% higher than the original purchase price of the building, which was built in 1999. Tenants of the SMT building include Samsung Life Insurance and Thyssen Krupp Korea.
