Western Asset‘s head of Asian investments, Rajeev Mello, has stepped down from his post.

Western Asset‘s head of Asian investments, Rajeev Mello, has stepped down from his post, Financial Times reports. Based in Singapore, Mello was heading Legg Mason’s bond specialist unit since July 2007.

He will be succeeded by portfolio manager, Julia Ho, and head of developing markets, Keith Gartner. Previously, Mello has served at UBS and management consultancy firm, McKinsey, adds Reuters.
