Deutsche Bank’s retail mutual funds unit, DWS Investments U.S., has appointed Michael Woods as regional head and CEO, MutualFundWire reports. Woods will continue to serve as U.S. head of distribution.
In the newly created position of regional head, he will work under global CEO of DWS, Wolfgang Matis. Prior to joining DWS, Woods served as head of the financial intermediaries and institutions group at Evergreen Investments, adds Bank Investment Consultant.
