Hines has sold an office building in Milan for about €55 million, PropertyEU reports. The property was acquired by an unnamed buyer. Hines had purchased the building on behalf of the Hines’ Monte Paschi Hines Real Estate Crescita fund. The property was previously the Italian headquarters of Citigroup.
