Invesco Trimark has amended its product lineup. The firm will merge its 10 funds, including the Invesco EAFE Equity Growth Private Pool, the Trimark Global Mid-Cap Equity Private Pool, the Trimark U.S. Equity Private Pool and the Trimark Global Equity Private Pool, effective from July 29, 2011.

Invesco has also changed the names of five of its funds, including the Trimark Canadian Bond Private Pool, the Invesco Canadian Equity Growth Private Pool and the Trimark Monthly Income Private Pool, effective from July 22, 2011. Invesco has also terminated the Series T4, T6 and T8 of Invesco Canadian Equity Private Pool.
