BMO Boosts Global Fixed Income Unit

BMO Financial Group’s banking unit, BMO Capital Markets, has enhanced its global fixed income unit with the addition of several new hires.

BMO Financial Group’s banking unit, BMO Capital Markets, has enhanced its global fixed income unit with the addition of several new hires. The firm has appointed Kathy Evers as managing director and head of municipal credit analytics in New York. Roy Hingston has been named director, senior balance sheet strategist in Florida.

The company has also hired Milton McNichol as U.S. government securities’ sales director in London and David Blinder as U.S. government securities sales director in Houston. Tamara McGovern, director institutional sales, will head the new Midland sales office, while the new Pittsburgh sales team will include Ed Twomey, director institutional sales, and Ron Mitchell, vice president institutional sales.
