Marquette Associates has appointed Miguel Zarate as a senior vice president and senior consultant, Pensions & Investments reports. He joins from Marco Consulting Group, where he was serving as a senior vice president and senior consultant. Separately, Beth Burns has also been named as a vice president and senior consultant at Marquette. She previously served as vice president and senior portfolio manager at Fifth Third Bank.
