Liquidnet has appointed Nick Savona to boost its Canadian operations, Investment Executive reports. In his new role, he will be responsible for growth of new membership in Liquidnet and work under Robert Young, CEO of Liquidnet Canada.
Savona joins from NCP Northland Capital Partners, where he was most recently vice president of institutional equity trading. He has also held various senior trading roles at Evergreen Capital Partners, MGI Securities, TD Newcrest and ITG Canada.
