Ontario Raises $3B In Bond Sale

The Province of Ontario has raised $3 billion in a sale of global bonds.

The Province of Ontario has raised $3 billion in a sale of global bonds, The Wall Street Journal reports. The notes are scheduled to mature on May 10, 2016.

The bonds carry a coupon rate of 2.3%. The joint book-runners on the deal were Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs and Royal Bank of Canada.
