Investment banking firm, Berenson & Company, has appointed Gene Lockhart as a senior advisor to develop the firm’s advisory and principal activities for financial services. Lockhart will continue to be a venture partner at Oak Investment Partners and an operating partner and Chairman of financial institutions with Diamond Castle. Previously, he has served as president and CEO of MasterCard International, Midland Bank and president of AT&T’s consumer services and Bank of America. Lockhart has been on the boards of RJR Nabisco, MasterCard, First Republic Bank, RadioShack and Huron Consulting Group.
