JPMorgan Sells Polish Insurer Stake

JPMorgan has sold most of its 4.2% stake in Polish insurer, PZU, through various small transactions.

JPMorgan has sold most of its 4.2% stake in Polish insurer, PZU, through various small transactions, Reuters reports. The U.S. bank’s stake in PZU was worth about $496 million. The revenues from the sale will be deposited with Dutch insurer, Eureko, as agreed by the two entities. JP Morgan has traded most of its shares on the market when the lock-up on PZU shares ended on February 16.
