Almacantar Buys £80M London Tower

Almacantar will acquire the Marble Arch Tower in London’s West End.

Almacantar will acquire the Marble Arch Tower in London’s West End, PropertyEU reports. The Luxembourg-based property company will pay around £80 million for the tower to Orchard Street Investment Management.

The mixed-use property comprises a 21-storey office tower, shops fronting Marble Arch and Edgware Road and an Odeon cinema. Almacantar is a U.K. investment and development firm founded by Mike Hussey, the former London chief of Land Securities and Neil Jones, at former Continental Europe director at Grosvenor.
