Nordic buyout firm, CapMan, is seeking to close its Denmark office, Financial News reports. The move follows the firm’s decision to simplify its business after its profits declined in the first quarter of 2011. CapMan’s group pretax profit decreased to €4.8 million in the first quarter, as compared to €5 million in the same period in 2010. Group turnover also fell to €8.2 million, as compared to €11.4 million in the first quarter of 2010.
