Financial and real estate consultancy firm, Newsec, has won a €145 million mandate, PropertyEU reports. The Norwegian group of investment funds, led by Chairman, John Afseth, awarded the real estate portfolio to Newsec. The portfolio consists of a total of 36 properties spread throughout the Nordic and the Baltic regions. Newsec currently manages 115 commercial properties in the Baltic countries.
