Intel Capital has made investments totalling to $24.5 million in four new companies. The venture capital arm of Intel provided funding to CrowdStar, a developer of social games on Facebook.
The firm also made investments in live web videos provider, iStreamPlanet, Music Mastermind and PerspecSys, a cloud data security provider. With the latest investments, Intel Capital has crossed $10 billion in total investments since its launch.
