Deloitte & Touche has appointed Jeannie Lewis and Bryan Morris in its asset management services’ governance, risk and regulatory practice. April Lemay, principal of Deloitte, will be assuming leadership of the team.
Lewis, who joined from Driehaus Capital Management, will provide regulatory, compliance, risk management, litigation support and business advisory services to Deloitte’s traditional advisory clients. Morris, who joined from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as a partner, will offer audit and regulatory compliance assistance to Deloitte’s asset management clients.
