Private equity firm, Arclight Energy Partners, has secured $596.1 million for its fifth fund, AltAssets reports. The firm is seeking to raise about $2 billion for the Arclight Energy Partners Fund V.
The fifth fund was launched in 2008. Arclight previously raised $2.13 billion for its fund III and $2.12 billion for fund IV. The firm was launched in 2001 and has a total of $6.8 billion under management in its first four funds.
