Hellman & Friedman is planning to sell its minority stake in asset manager, Mondrian Investment Partners, Financial News reports. The private equity firm has also appointed Goldman Sachs to explore the sale.
The other details of the transaction have not been disclosed by the seller. London-based Hellman acquired between 30% and 40% of Mondrian from Delaware Investments in 2004.
