Moelis & Company has expanded its Australian operations with the appointment of executive directors, Reuters reports. The global investment banking and merchant banking firm has hired Lani Frew as new executive director of its Australian business. Frew is joining the firm from Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), where he was head of power & utilities for Asia Pacific. Additionally, Moelis has also appointed Brendan Jones from RBS as an associate and Austock Group’s Grant Wong as an analyst.
