Symphony AM Prices $553M CLO

Symphony Asset Management has priced a $553 million collateralized loan obligation.

Symphony Asset Management has priced a $553 million collateralized loan obligation (CLO), The Wall Street Journal reports. The securities are mainly backed by a diversified pool of leveraged loans.

The firm appointed Morgan Stanley as the sole placement agent for the offering. The transaction included a $334 million 4.9-year portion, while a $56.5 million portion was also priced.
