Silver Lake Adds Banker For Clean Fund

Private-equity firm, Silver Lake, has appointed Bryce Lee for its fund focused on clean-energy companies.

Private-equity firm, Silver Lake, has appointed Bryce Lee for its fund focused on clean-energy companies, Bloomberg reports. Lee will join six other dealmakers, who will hunt for investments.

Lee has previously worked as the head of technology investment banking in the Americas at Credit Suisse. The fund is seeking to raise about $1 billion in capital and already secured $300 million from Soros Fund Management.
