Ireland’s National Asset Management Agency is preparing to step up the sale of toxic assets after the Irish Supreme Court confirmed NAMA’s legal framework, reports The Belfast Telegraph.

Ireland’s National Asset Management Agency is preparing to step up the sale of toxic assets after the Irish Supreme Court confirmed NAMA’s legal framework. NAMA is also planning to take further enforcement action against some of the developers whose assets it now holds, charging them with either failing to produce a viable business plans or delaying resolution of their debt problems.
