Baring Asset Management has named Wilfred Sit as CIO of its Asian business, Financial Times reports. Based in Hong Kong, Sit will work under the firm’s head of equities, Tim Scholefield.
Sit will work alongside Barings’ head of Asian equities, Colin Ng, and head of Hong Kong China equities, Agnes Deng. Sit, who is joining Barings from Mirae Asset Global Investments, has previously worked with Invesco and Aetna.
