Franklin Templeton Investments has rolled out a mixed asset fund investing in emerging markets, Financial Times reports. The Templeton Emerging Markets Balanced Fund, which isa split between emerging markets equities,will be managed by Mark Mobius and Michael Hasenstab.
Mobius is executive chairman of the Templeton emerging markets group, while Hasenstab is co-director of the international bond department and a portfolio manager in the Franklin Templeton fixed income group, adds What Investment. The pair will be supported by senior investment managers from Franklin Templeton.
