Retail specialist, Atrium European Real Estate, has acquired the Promenada Shopping Centre in Warsaw, PropertyEU reports. Carpathian sold the shopping centre for €171 million.
The real estate company has also agreed to conditionally acquire an adjacent land plot from Pirelli Pekao Real Estate for €10.7 million, which it intends to build as an extension to the Promenada Shopping Centre. Separately, Atrium recently bought a land plot adjacent to the Copernicus shopping centre in Toru for €7.5 million, to carry out an extension of the centre.
