DiamondRock Pays $73M For Denver Hotel

DiamondRock Hospitality has completed the acquisition of the JW Marriott Denver Cherry Creek hotel in Denver, Colorado.

DiamondRock Hospitality has completed the acquisition of the JW Marriott Denver Cherry Creek hotel in Denver, Colorado. The self-advised real estate investment trust (REIT) paid a total of $72.6 million for the acquisition.

The deal was funded with existing corporate cash and the assumption of a $42 million loan secured by the hotel. Sage Hospitality Resources was the seller of the property, adds Business Journal.
