Argentina’s outstanding defaulted debt with the Paris Club of creditor nations is about $8.47 billion, Bloomberg reports, citing Pagina 12. Argentina will not pay about $1 billion debt taken by the military dictatorship that governed the country from 1976 to 1983. The timeline for the payment has not yet been fixed. The South American nation is seeking to pay about $1.5 billion a year.
