Sandler O’Neill Hires Fixed Income Head

Investment banking firm, Sandler O’Neill + Partners, has hired Thomas Cullum as a managing director of the fixed income group.

Investment banking firm, Sandler O’Neill + Partners, has hired Thomas Cullum as a managing director of the fixed income group. Based in New York, Cullum will focus on corporate bonds.

Cullum left Sandler O’Neill in 2009 to become executive vice president and head of corporate bond trading at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods. The investment banking firm’s fixed income group has also appointed Gregory Heher as a principal.
