U.K. private equity firm, Silverfleet Capital, has offloaded dental products distributor, European Dental Partners (EDP), for €170 million, AltAssets reports. The buyer is Lifco Dental International, the dental division of Swedish industrial group, Lifco. Silverfleet formed EDP by merging six companies it acquired, beginning with Germany’s Muller & Weygandt Dental in 2004. Lifco sells dental materials and equipment on a wholesale basis in the Nordic and Baltic countries.
