Cushman & Wakefield has hired international investment specialist, Yahya Abdulla, for its EMEA capital markets team in London, PropertyEU reports. In his new role, Abdulla will oversee direct and indirect investment opportunities for Middle Eastern investors in European real estate and other global regions. Most recently, Abdulla was working with Al Salam Bank as an assistant vice president in the investments team in Bahrain. Abdulla was also involved in the purchase of Milton Gate in the City of London from the UBS Triton Fund when Al Salam partnered with Evans Randall.
