Cantor Prime Services Group has appointed Allen Wolkow and Janah Angelou to bolster its new equities securities lending division. Wolkow and Angelou were co-founders of Hedge Source, a securities lending consulting firm for hedge funds. Prior to Hedge Source, Wolkow was managing director and Angelou was a vice president for the securities lending department at Ramius Capital Group. Before that, Wolkow established the securities lending departments at Lipper & Company and Angelou served as sale representative at the firm.
