The Vanguard Long Term Bond ETF, the Vanguard Intermediate Term Bond ETF, the Vanguard Short Term Bond, the Vanguard Small Cap Growth ETF, the iShares S&P MidCap 400 Index Fund, the Vanguard Dividend Appreciation ETF, the Vanguard Emerging Markets ETF, the iShares S&P 500 Index Fund, the PowerShares DB Commodity Index Tracking Fund and the iShares FTSE/Xinhua China 25 Index Fund will be traded cost free.
