Ashmore Group’s assets under management increased 8% to $50.3 billion in its third-quarter.

Ashmore Group’s assets under management increased 8% to $50.3 billion in its third-quarter, Reuters reports. The rise was driven by $2.3 billion of new client money in the quarter to March-end. The London-based fund manager also witnessed $1.3 billion of positive investment performance during the period. Ashmore is expecting to complete its purchase of Emerging Markets Management, first announced in February, at the end of May.
