Van Eck Global has floated a new exchange-traded fund (ETF) providing access to Russia’s small-cap sector. The Market Vectors Russia Small-Cap ETF will track the performance of the Market Vectors Russia Small-Cap Index. The underlying index comprises 35 small cap Russian stocks with an average market capitalization of $2.3 billion.. Van Eck’s Market Vectors family of ETFs has about $31.3 billion in assets under management.
