The International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) has named the firms that together comprise the global decision-making structure around events in the credit default swaps (CDS) industry. The industry relies on Determinations Committees, made up of sellside banks and buyside investment firms, which decide on market events as they relate to CDS.

Firms that will serve on the committees globally include Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Barclays Capital, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan Chase Bank. The buyside members globally include Citadel, DE Shaw Group and BlueMountain Capital Management.
