Merchant Capital has unveiled comprehensive pre-and post-trade compliance applications for its Dublin-domiciled Ucits platform, HFMWeek reports. The new Ucits platform offers a new generation of financial services software for clients, adds Fundamentals. The new platform provides full Ucits structure monitoring in addition to major shareholding reporting, both pre-and post-trade. Merchant’s Ucits umbrella structure allows asset managers to start Ucits-compliant investment vehicles, mainly hedge funds.
