Private equity firms, Cinven and BC Partners, have sold a part of their stake in Spanish travel company, Amadeus IT Holding, Financial News reports. The combined 10% stake was sold for €613 million at €13.70 per share to institutional investors.
Both Cinven and BC Partners have reduced their respective stakes by 5% each, and currently hold 8% each in Amadeus. Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley were the appointed managers of the stake sale.
