New Jersey-based hedge fund manager, Ironbound Capital Management, is closing down, HFMWeek reports. Further details of the winding down process have not been disclosed.
The firm was established by former Merrill Lynch manager, Steve Silverman, in 2004. The firm’s flagship vehicle, the Ironbound Partners Fund, executed a global long/short equity strategy.
