Brencourt Advisors has appointed Richard Bani as COO, Opalesque reports. In his new role, Bani, who is joining from Voras Capital, will be in charge of all non-investment related business.
He will also become a member of the firm’s executive committee. Before joining Voras in 2010, he worked with Armored Wolf, Moore Capital and a number of funds affiliated with SAC Capital Advisors.
