Commercial real estate firm, Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), has acquired South African corporate property service providers, Bradford McCormack & Associates (BMA). The financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed.
Following the acquisition, JLL has formed a new company, Jones Lang LaSalle South Africa. The managing director of BMA, Mark Bradford, has been appointed as the managing director of the new company.
