Kentucky Retirement Systems has replaced its board chairman, Randy Overstreet, by the board trustee, Jennifer Elliott, Pensions & Investments reports. Overstreet had been the chairman of the system for around 12 years. The system also terminated executive director, Robert Burnside. The $13.9 billion pension system will conduct a national search to replace Burnside, while William Thielen, COO, will be the interim executive director.
