Madison Portfolio Consultants will merge with the institutional investment consultant, Clearbrook Global. As per the deal, Clearbrook’s combined assets under advisement will increase to more than $30 billion.
Frederick Weiss, who headed the Madison team, will serve as managing director of Clearbrook Global. Madison’s former vice president, Daniel Lehrer, and consultant, John Flack, will serve as directors of Clearbrook Global.
