Miami International Holdings is seeking to establish a new U.S. options exchange, Bloomberg reports. The Miami International Securities Exchange is likely to commence trading in the second quarter of next year. The filing is expected to be submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission by the next three months. The bourse, if approved will become the 10th exchange in the country.
