BMO President To Assume Risk Role

BMO Capital Markets has given its president, Eric Tripp, a new role to centralize balance sheet and risk management across its lines of business.

BMO Capital Markets has given its president, Eric Tripp, a new role to centralize balance sheet and risk management across its lines of business. He will be focusing on the area that includes oversight of capital, liquidity and exposures in both the investment and corporate banking and trading products operations. Tripp will continue to be the president and deputy head of BMO Capital Markets, reporting to CEO Tom Milroy. Additionally, BMO has also hired Patrick Cronin as trading products head, with the responsibility for all trading-related lines of business.
